The vacation rental industry is moving away from security deposits, and in addition, we cannot require a guest to purchase damage insurance. Safely Insurance is the best way we can protect the property and owner. Safely provides coverage for property damage, bodily injury, and damage to contents based on the property ADR.

Safely's coverage is independent from your homeowners insurance, and claim activity will not affect premiums. Minimum deductibles apply.
